Platform Operator: The Pick Index

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Pick Index (“TPI”, “Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use TPI.

2. Nature of the Service

TPI is an online sports prediction entertainment and record-keeping platform.

• does not guarantee outcomes or performance

3. User Accounts

To use TPI, you must create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

TPI may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Public Profiles and Content Visibility

User prediction records are publicly accessible if someone knows the username and visits:

By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree that:

• your picks and performance records may be publicly viewable
• search engines may index public pages
• you have no expectation of privacy regarding public picks

You are responsible for any information you choose to make public.

5. Username Policy

Usernames must not:

• impersonate others
• infringe trademarks
• contain offensive or unlawful content
• mislead users

TPI may change or remove usernames at its sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership: All rights in the TPI platform, design, branding, software, and databases belong exclusively to The Pick Index. Users acquire no ownership rights in the Platform.

User Content: Users retain ownership of submitted predictions. By submitting content, you grant TPI a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, archive, reproduce, promote, and format your public performance data. TPI may remove or modify content at any time.

7. Account Deactivation

Users may request account deactivation. TPI may retain anonymized historical performance records for archive integrity and statistical purposes.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not manipulate records, use bots/automated scraping, reverse engineer the Platform, interfere with system security, or use the Platform for unlawful purposes. Violation may result in permanent suspension.

9. Data Accuracy

TPI relies on third-party sports data providers including SportDB.dev. TPI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data. TPI is not liable for inaccuracies originating from third-party sources.

10. Future Monetization

TPI may introduce paid subscriptions, premium features, advertisements, affiliate links, and sponsored content. TPI reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce paid services at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TPI shall not be liable for financial losses, betting losses, indirect or consequential damages, or service interruptions. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Termination of Service

TPI may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time without notice or compensation.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
